Return Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in the same condition received.
• The product must include its original packaging, seal, labels, and invoice/order proof.
• Personal care and skincare products cannot be returned if opened, used, damaged, or missing their original seal.
• Returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Opened or used skincare, lip care, or body care products.
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
• Items missing original packaging, invoice, seal, or included gifts.
• Products returned after the 14-day return window.

Order Problems

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or there is a payment/order issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos when needed.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the appropriate solution, replacement, return, or refund.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved for an order paid by card or cash, the refund amount may be returned to the customer through an e-wallet or bank account.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days from confirming the issue and receiving the required refund details.

Shipping Fees

Delivery or return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a mistake from our side, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed damaged product.
